I think CustomCat are great. Shipping and fulfilment is fast and customer service respond when I need help. Very reasonable prices as well - keep up the great work :)
I downloaded the Customcat app to my shopify store, once my account was set up and activated I had some issues with getting to the design and product catalog pages. I gave customer service a call and the phone was answered right away by Brett one of the customer service agents. I was shocked the call was answered in two rings. Brett was great, helped fix the issue and gave me a lot of great advice on how to use their service. I will be selling various items using Customcat fulfillment. Great job so far!

I sell a fair amount of shirts using Custom Cat.
The system works well for me overall. For T-Shirts the turnover is fast, but sometimes there are delays with items other than standard Tee's. This can be frustrating as there is really no way to talk to anyone in the company other than Customer support, who really aren't able to help. Nowadays people are just spoiled by Amazon... they get really antsy if they have to wait 3-4 days for something to ship.
Overall, I would be very happy with the system and company if the print quality were better. The fact is, the print is just not at the level of quality you would see selling in a retail setting, (other than perhaps a discount type store). Quality control seems to be a weak spot.
As a seller, I really want to sell things I myself would be happy to buy, and in all honesty I can't say this is the case frequently with Custom Cat. I get a fair amount of returns where there's not really anything 'wrong' per se... just a general disappointment with the overall look of the print...and when I see the returned item, I'm in full agreement with the customer... it just doesn't look as good as it should.
To be fair, I've had the same issues with other printers. I almost feel that maybe POD just isn't quite ready for prime time. But there are times when it actually looks good. I would almost be willing to spend an extra buck or 2 for a 'premium' print where they aren't so stingy with ink coverage -- and had some QC in place. Since you don't actually see the shirts, You need to be able to trust that the merchandise is up to par.
I'm going to continue with Custom Cat, because the pricing is very competitive and as I've mentioned, the system works well for me. My only wish is the POD technology, or the machines/staff could produce a really consistently high quality product that I'd feel proud to sell to a friend. At this stage it's not quite there.
Great customer service from the team at CustomCat. I had an issue with personalization and they went over and above in order to fix the problem. Also the quality of the CustomCat products is excellent and I much prefer them to any of their competitors. Thank you!!!

I've used this app for 5 months. The quality of the apparel is great to me so far. The sizing seems a bit off. Larges fit like mediums and 2xl fit really bigger than the actual size. I gave it 2 stars because communication is just horrible. As a business who wants ppl to utilize their app, you would think that customer satisfaction would be a priority. It took a month one time for a response, 3 weeks, and 2 weeks. Every single rating lower than 5 star, ppl are complaining about the same thing, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. When will this change custom cats?? I have a order inquiry still unanswered. I am missing 2 hats and a jeans shirt out of my recent order. My other recent order is missing 1 youth hat, like what the heck?? I am definitely searching for another app that can meet my needs. I LOVE PRINTFUL! Love that they have a online customer service where you can chat with a live rep, their app is dope, and they respond to emails right away! TAKE NOTES CUSTOM CATS!
Hi Mavis, I have enjoyed chatting with you. The reason you were not seeing our responses has been identified. Now that you corrected the spelling in your email address in your support settings, you will always see our responses. We average closer to 4 hours for responses, not 4 months. I'm not impressed. There are weird issues and no one answers at CC support. Probably they are too busy for new customers.
Hi! Actually, new customers are our favorite! We do not prioritize established stores over new stores. We have an amazing support staff that is around all day during business hours. Our support team and customer service team always responds within 24 hours. It MIGHT be 48 around Christmas time.
CustomCat is great There format saves me days compared to other POD companies that I have used. Customer Service is great.

Great customer service.
Called up customer service, since I had issues with my order not appearing in CustomCat. I ended up talking to Mike from customer service and he was more than great. He solved all the problems I had and answered all my questions as well.
There was no issue reaching their phone, like other people state there is. Most of their low reviews are mostly because the people who left them, were too quick to jump to action and conclusions.
They're more than great and offer so much more, than most other print companies. Great service and prices.
