The app works very well. Loading products is very streamlined and fast once you get the hang of it. It seems like they built the app to upload lots of products at once. In terms of quality - they are much like every other app where sometimes there are issues. They always respond and replace the orders that were not satisfactory and the order that are satisfactory are always excellent quality.
It's the best POD fulfilment company in the United States.

Pros:

- Fast production time: normally ~1-3 business days, in peak season ~2-5
- Large product catalogue: tees, mugs, accessories, ornament, bags and 50+ types
- Responsible policy: free replacement/refund for lost/defect/wrong packages
- Excellent support: via email, FB group and even FB messaging to staff/managers
- Powerful system: can upload 250 designs images, and generate over 1,000 products at once

The app has a terrible interface unlike it predecessors modern easy to use interface. Plus the main reason for uninstalling is that they force you to use the vendor name of "CustomCat." Thats totally contradictory of making self branded merchandise. Not sure why they do this, by all means they don't have to since other on demand services don't require it, but it's likely a selfish from of marketing for them. Beware! Printful and Gooten are much better and more customizable.
Hi, I am sorry you did not like your initial experience with us. I wish you would have talked to us first before uninstalling. Actually, you do not have to have the vendor name ("CustomCat") displayed on the site. We would never make you list your vendor like that. Most people do not want this to show so it will default to not showing the vendor.
I have rated the support 2 out of 5 to be fair but my honest opinion is 0/5 because all of shopify support is live. I live in the uk and if this product is ok for international use I shouldnt have to wait for the random chance that they see my email. I was trying to activate my account and kept getting the "Error
An error occurred while executing the application. Please try again or contact the administrator." easy to use and reliable rating is based on reviews by others. so annoyed that time is being wasted while I wait for someone to see my email
customcat app is an easy app to use. Their customer service is great. i have being using customcat to fulfill me product for years. Mr. mike is very helpful and very patient to answer my questions. i personally recommend customcat 100%
i tried to use this but, that was a fail. I choose this app because of the amount of product it has. I was looking for more children items and athletic wear. This company has it but the creativity part is limited. If i have an idea i don't want to be limited to the amount of my creativity. If you are looking for a lot of product this app is good but limits your creativity.
We appreciate the feedback, but can you please elaborate on how our app is stifling your creativity? CustomCat's sole purpose is to provide print on demand services. Our app does not have a feature to create any designs or artwork, however there are plenty of companies and apps, help with creating designs that fit your needs. Those designs, combined with our products, can result in a very creative and unique item, to offer to your target audience.

Great app. Easy to use and the customer service is great. I have tried several other fulfillment options but CustomCat is absolutely the best. They have the fastest turn around for product fulfillment, the largest selection and the quality is always first rate. Any questions we have are immediately by their staff. Keep up the great work!!!!

CustomCat is the quintessential print on demand app for your drop shipping business! Their customer service is the best and rarely will you find customer service representatives that you'd remember by name just from how awesome they are at their job. If you ever have any problems with your orders, just shoot them an email and it will be quickly solved. Even in tough situations, they will be by your side.
Their products are excellent. The most beautiful products are their dye sublimation items such as Mugs. DTG printing is above average but that's because DTG printing is still a progressing technology. Don't get me wrong though, the printing they provide is sometimes too good to be true when you consider that it is DTG. Once again, if there are ever any problems in your print order, CC will quickly rectify it and send your customer a free replacement. All you have to do is be like CC, provide excellent customer service and all will be well. CC is also always evolving, always expanding their catalogue of products and always improving the app and quality of items. Try them out if you're already using other print on demand apps. I'm sure they will be better than all your other apps. Heck you can just use them along with your other apps. All in all, you'll be making a great decision for your business when partnering with Customcat.
The app is very poorly designed and not intuitive at all. I also did not realize that this is the same company as MyLocker. I've ordered multiple samples from them through Printify and the quality was terrible. They were the worst prints I've ever received.
