Today, I had my first order come through but I forgot to select my vendor to CustomCat on my products list. Due to this error, my product order wasn't showing up in the CustomCat App. I called CustomCat and spoke with Brett about the issue. He was very pleasant to work with and walked me through what I needed to do so he could manually process my order. Since this is my first time using CustomCat, he was so kind to go through how the entire process works so I had a better understanding. Although I've only used their service for a short period of time, I would highly recommend this company for any of your Print on Demand needs. The order process is flawless and allows you to pause any order if you need to make changes before it goes into production. Not to mention, the customer service is exceptional. Thank you CustomCat!

Great customer service. Hundreds of products along with thousands of variations and reasonable basecost prices are our number one choice.
But we would like to suggest you can offer more expedited shipping service (overnight shipping or 2-3 days shipping) many of my clients want to use this service, they are happy to pay for it!
Highly recommended.

I've been using CustomCat for several months. We had some bumps in the road with a couple of my orders and I previously posted a poor review. It's time for an update. For the last 3 months I've had access to an account rep, J.T. who has ensured all my large orders were processed timely and responded quickly to a quality issue I had on an item in a large order. Product price and selection are far better than their competitors.

As a new owner of a Shopify store, I have had a few challenges along the way. Order fulfillment via CustomCat HAS NOT been one of them. Any time I have an order issue, CustomCat has been able to assist in resolving it. One of the exceptional customer service representative is MB. He is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I would highly recommend CustomCat for your print on demand needs.

I like it for the most part. The biggest problem is when thins get discontinued. There needs to be vast improvement in letting sellers know. Items just stay on your store. You don't find out until your customer orders something. They don't even alert you, THEN. The order just languishes until you have to ask by email - What's going on with my order # 1234? A day later...you get a response saying - We've discontinued the polo and jacket, etc... Not Fun.

Hi! I'm Mike B and I hear you. We don't like it when manufacturers discontinue styles either! I'm sorry but we don't have admin control to add, or remove, or make changes to your products in your store. We do send at least two dedicated email announcements when a style/size/ color is discontinued. We also include any discontinued product announcements in the Thursday weekly email updates we send every week. The info is also updated in our blog and we make public announcements in our FB group. I'm not sure what else we can do but I'm sorry if you missed the announcements. If you have any questions or need any help, my direct email is mikeb@customcat.com

Quality control and support doenst exist at all. They are repeatedly shipping misprinted/wrong orders and even after 10 days i havent recevied any response from them. It would be better if they just SHUT DOWN!
