I've been Customcat's partner for more than 2 years. They work very well, I always receive their support.

I love using customcat! Easy to navigate and the staff is amazing! Mike B helped me out when I ran into a snag. I'm new to the DTG scene and still learning. Even with that being said he treated me like I was a long time customer and was very responsive via email and calls. I don't know if I can get that level of customer service anywhere else. My customers are extremely happy with the products as well. I highly recommend them!

Brett Feinbaum was very helpful in clarifying the file requirements to upload images and design products. I am well on my way to launching my store sooner than expected because of his assistance.

CustomCat has a Customer Service superstar by the name of Jahaira. They were extremely helpful with a variant issue we were dealing with. They worked the with us for about 2 weeks, troubleshooting different things until we finally were able to track down the issue. I've never experienced such phenomenal support. I mean, THEY literally went over and above to solve our issue. We were damn near ready to hire them to our staff if we could. It really made us feel like our partnership was super valuable.
