Good. I really like the customer service. They're nice and helpful. Especially Alex, he's a great guy and be there whenever you need.
Easy to use. The support folks actually answer my phone calls and have been very helpful. I'm still getting acclimated to their procedures but their tutorials & training videos were helpful. I'm very happy with their app and I would recommend it.
I have had over 1000 orders go through Custom Cat and overall have had a good experience with them! The packages have all been shipped in a timely matter and with tracking. Although we did have a few items that were not the best quality and some coffee mugs broken during shipping, CC was quick to fix ALL problems. I would recommend them to any business that needs good, cheap products!

bad, bad, bad, do not reply, keep sending auto emails, do not solve problem, if you are with them check order shipping, they over charge, my client paid 4.90 shipping and on their orders is 13.91, and also they charge you in somebody else name and you do not know. like mylocker.com is confusing i am trying to solve a problem and no where to call. bad service..

I cannot stress how easy, intuitive and creative CustomCat is. The customer service is spot on, professional and very helpful. I was able to set up a store within 1 week with this app. This would have taken a ton more time but they had an amazing blog that helped in this process. I was able to learn how to use the app and strategize on approaching new products to sell. When I called twice, their support staff answered my questions within 20 minutes, both times.

Great app and great fulfillment. I got a very quick help from your support team to fix personalization issues. My friend introduced you to me, you made his orders shipped out within 1-2 days, which surprised me a lot, so I decided to use the app.
I hate writing reviews. but I must. I just ordered 3 hoodies as test samples for my children. I didn't like the way the designs were printed. It looks fuzzy. Too bad because I was excited to use a company from my home town. I'm waiting on another shirt ordered to see how it would turn out. I will be uninstalling the app if this shirt doesn't work out.
Update: I was happy to work with Brett who has agreed to replace on of my sweatshirts and suggested specific products that could better suit my store and printing. I am thrilled with the great customer service and look forward to working with the company to create the best products.
