I'm new to this but found the youTube training videos exceptional in explaining "how to." JT in customer service is so awesome and responsive in getting my questions answered. I also like the emails CustomCat sends out with very helpful links. The app is very user friendly and integrating products up into my shop was a breeze. Highly recommend.
CustomCat goes above and beyond. Their customer service is great, and their product selections are huge. Won't have hard time finding products suiting my business needs.
We choose them because of their range of athletic product styles, colors, and sizes. Quality and production time have been good. Easy to use, but with enough flexibility for our needs.
I feel compelled to write this looking at the negative comment below. The prints I have received from CC are beautiful and vibrant. This person is clearly either a competitor or just inexperienced with digital printing because they say that CC does not lay a base down. Clearly CC uses a white base to make the colors more vibrant if you can see the white border. SMH.
Love this app just hate the new upgrade it use to be so easy to work from your phone.... Now I cant even navigate threw it
I use multiple vendors to fulfill my orders and CustomCat stands out as the best for apparel. The app connects seamlessly with Shopify and orders are fulfilled automatically. The pricing is great. I just wish they fulfilled ALL of the products I offer!
