CustomCat: Print on Demand

Best app in the world! Mr. Mike B is an amazing professional. Thank you sir, for walking me through the process and explaining how Custom Cat can help my martial arts school have more of an impact within the communities that we serve. Truly a God send for my school.

I don't write reviews too often, but a few words on Custom Cat...
In the beginning we were highly skeptical about POD as a whole. Custom Cat made it extremely easy to understand and begin doing business, as we use it for our store on Shopify. In particular, Mike B. was instrumental in taking care us via customer service. The company is located in my hometown, so I was actually able to walk in and tour the facility...it's HUGE, and state of the art. They are really getting products out and ready for delivery in the fastest times that we've dealt with, by far. Anyway, highly recommended to the person that is on the fence or coming from another POD company for whatever reason. Hope this helped with your decision.

Great app and great fulfillment. I got a very quick help from your support team to fix personalization issues. My friend introduced you to me, you made his orders shipped out within 1-2 days, which surprised me a lot, so I decided to use the app.

I have been with CustomCat for 3 month now and they have never let me down. They get items out faster than any other company I've tried. Their support team is prompt to get replacements out. They have a great community and it's easy to used

good product selection but I wasted lots of hours attempting to resize the logo for the embroidered products and watching their tutorials but to no avail! Also, the logo is not simulated as embroidery and looks crappy on on the website.

customcat app is an easy app to use. Their customer service is great. i have being using customcat to fulfill me product for years. Mr. mike is very helpful and very patient to answer my questions. i personally recommend customcat 100%

5 of 7 orders were wrong. received totally wrong products. my logo was done in completely wrong color. customers received products for a company that wasn't even mine.

First off Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to the awesome people working at CustomCat. I especially want to thank Mike for taking my call and fully educating me on the processes of print on demand. Mike listened very carefully to my questions and provided the answers in a very clear way. I am a graphic artist and new to the Print on Demand scene. I used to print via silk screen and used the post office as my shipping center. Fast forward to 2018 and thanks to CC, I can sit back and focus on designing artwork. With CC's affordable product prices and affordable shipping costs, I can now get rid of my warehouse and printing supplies. As a graphic artist this is the ultimate experience; all I have to do is draw, upload and let my marketing skills and CC do the rest. The value of my time being free to draw verses shopping for supplies and setting up the screens is definitely worth the monthly premium. Thanks again CC for doing the hard work and offering very low prices for the service.

I really wanted to like this app. I found it after a search for t-shirt drop-shippers with Shopify integration. I designed 4 shirts with identical layouts and the process is not at all intuitive. You can't just duplicate a design on another style of shirt. After several days of trial and error, I finally got the products exported and I ordered a sample. It arrived within a reasonable time and was OK-ish. The sizing seems very odd (short torso and short arms but wide chest) and the shirt was super stiff when I first pulled it out of the packaging. After washing, it was fine. The print quality is OK but not great. My main issue is that the products once exported into Shopify no longer live on their website and if you want to make changes to your current products, you need to start from scratch and re-export. If you want to see your current costs for a product you have to search through a spreadsheet to find it. I contacted customer support several times and did get timely responses but overall, the experience leaves me wanting. I am definitely searching for an alternative.

This app is amazing. Customer Service is great... I always get all my questions answered on time. A+++++
