The team behind the app has been beyond supportive and so instrumental to me. I use multiple dtg production and fulfillment companies for my store but, I recently needed embroidery and on performance polos for a particular customer. I decided to give CustomCat a try because their range of performance products is very good. I ordered a shirt for myself as a test case but, also had a customer purchase one at the same time. Both arrived and not only are the shirts good quality (Adidas® ) the embroidery is great! I have since ordered other items and so far, no issues with the products or printing or embroidery.

I've been with CustomCat since 2017. Lot of product lines. Great support and helpful customer service. They valued each customer feedback, willing to make a change in order to increase their service. They are a great company to partner with.

We have been using customcat for several years. Support Team is super helpful and turnaround time for print and shipping is great! Good example...ordered some new samples for our new design yesterday. They've already printed and shipped TODAY!
