It's my first time using this platform as customer service manager. CustomCat platform works smoothly for me, so far in my experience. The team are pretty responsive, delays happen but I totally understand and it's valid for me, coming from someone in customer service sector. I have wide flexibility in applying available features according to various scenarios. The management also has very considerate replacement and refund policies.

Good quality products, fast shipping. I really like the customcat working interface: flexible, smart, convenient.

We have been super pleased with the quality of the merch as well as the great customer support! We had so many questions when we started with a new merch site and JT has been incredibly patient and helpful in helping us quickly learn how...

We started using this app for their wide selection, but after literally every single order having issues (I never knew how many new issues could be present with each order), we have pulled all but a small handful of their items from our store. The items we have left do not seem to have as many issues as others.

Overall, you're wasting time, stress, and money over an inferior product. Just use Printful, they have not messed up a single order.

EDIT BASED OFF OF RESPONSE: It was not fair of me to say that every order was wrong. I will note though, not every order with an issue was reported. However, what we quickly learned about CustomCat, was when a customer ordered an item from this vendor, we were crossing our fingers that their order would not have issues. On the flip side, Printful has a 100% success rate. We have not returned 1 Printful item.

Additionally, several of the "replaced" items had NEW issues. So some orders were replaced twice. Why on earth would we trust this vendor at that point? We want our customers to know that they will receive a quality product from a quality brand... and we were not that brand with CustomCat as a vendor.

I'm not leaving this review to be a jerk, just want a better product. I'll also say we have since removed every single CustomCat item from our online store in the past month or 2.

Nothing that I can think of comes to mind at the moment. Thus far everything was been fine. Great team so far!

CustomCat has always delivered my product to my customers in a timely manner. The product quality is very good. Very helpful when i have issues. Not sure if i have his name right but Mike was extremely easy to deal with and handled my issue promptly.Thank you

I use multiple dtg production and fulfillment companies for my store but, I recently needed embroidery and on performance polos for a particular customer. I decided to give CustomCat a try because their range of performance products is very good. I ordered a shirt for myself as a test case but, also had a customer purchase one at the same time. Both arrived and not only are the shirts good quality (Adidas® ) the embroidery is great! I have since ordered other items and so far, no issues with the products or printing or embroidery.

I've been with CustomCat since 2017. Lot of product lines. Great support and helpful customer service. They valued each customer feedback, willing to make a change in order to increase their service. They are a great company to partner with.
