Don’t waste your time with this app. The store doesn’t work, forces you to do the setup and upload an image that doesn’t upload. Complete waste of time and probably a SCAM.

I have worked with CustomCat for over a year and I cannot imagine working with a different provider. I started off as a hater due to a few hiccups, but through exceptional Customer Service, I have been converted to a true fan.

CustomCat has created a Facebook Group that connects POD sellers with a group of like-minded sellers and CustomCat staff. The staff resolves issues, educates the community and works to identify possible company weaknesses with the intent of providing better products and services.

Since CustomCat creates all the products I sell and does not outsource any of the production aspects of their business, there is never a question of quality, turnaround time, bundling shipping discounts or who to contact.

For me, when working with CustomCat I feel like I have received all the benefits of a big, all inclusive POD provider but with the benefit of working with a small business who knows my needs.

With CustomCat I have found a business that is mutually invested in my success, offers a product catalog that allows me to build a profitable business, and who hears me when I speak.

As a new owner of a Shopify store, I have had a few challenges along the way. Order fulfillment via CustomCat HAS NOT been one of them. Any time I have an order issue, CustomCat has been able to assist in resolving it. One of the exceptional customer service representative is MB. He is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I would highly recommend CustomCat for your print on demand needs.

I got 2 orders but only ended up for me refunding them because custom cat did not receive the orders on their end. Also, when I tried placing a manual order from my portal, their payment processor would not accept my payment whether I use Paypal or a credit card.

I have to call out Joshua Turkin who saved the day. I have been struggling for months and watched many, many tutorials. Some of us learn differently and it's extremely frustrating to adapt to the "New Normal". I was ready to walk away from the entire business until I found Joshua. It takes a special person to understand the different needs of customers. You are lucky to have him. If it wasn't for him, I would have given up on the entire process. Thank you Josh. I can't put in words what your patience and dedication mean to me. You restored my faith in humanity.

When I first installed this app they turnaround wasn't that bad. Now that they are working on converting their systems, the turnaround time is a nightmare. I've got a few orders been in production for well over 15 days and no answer to when they will be shipped out.

Support team was attentive and solved my problem.
However, it would be great if there is LIVE SUPPORT to cut short the waiting time. TIA :)

We choose them because of their range of athletic product styles, colors, and sizes. Quality and production time have been good. Easy to use, but with enough flexibility for our needs.

A great app. Easy to use, low cost. The support system is relatively good, with a variety of languages ​​to support.

I've used better systems which is the only reason for the 4 star, BUT, their printing and product quality are the best I have seen. Not many print on demand companies do the larger sizing which is a huge reason why I use them. The Tees I have on my store go up to 6XL! Great customer service too :)

Not only does CustomCat offer actual plus/big & tall sizes, they have amazing customer service. I (and my customers) are very happy with their DTG printed apparel, and I look forward to expanding my product line and growing my business with them.

I like it for the most part. The biggest problem is when thins get discontinued. There needs to be vast improvement in letting sellers know. Items just stay on your store. You don't find out until your customer orders something. They don't even alert you, THEN. The order just languishes until you have to ask by email - What's going on with my order # 1234? A day later...you get a response saying - We've discontinued the polo and jacket, etc... Not Fun.

This is my second store using CustomCat. Great pricing, great quality, and if there's ever an issue, their support team works hard at getting things right (for you and your customers!) Give them a try - you won't regret it!

Excellent App and the support from JT at CustomCat exceeded my expectations. I had issues with my theme and integrating the customization feature and I reached out for help. CustomCat assigned JT to assist me. I first described the issue, and he explored it further. He determined it was an issue with my theme. He scheduled a google meet to walk me through the process, and helped me identify a theme that would work best for my store with the built in customization option. He achieved his goal and tested a few products to make sure the feature worked properly. He also answered a few other questions I had, and addressed my issue in less than 30 minutes. These folks truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. You can also speak to someone, submit a help ticket, or email and you'll get a real person. I know if I have an issue with the App--CustomCat will come to my rescue. Thanks Team CustomCat, I appreciate you all.

I have been using CustomCat for the past 2 years, they have a very fast fulfillment time and all my customers are happy with the drinkware items they have received. The support team usually replies to any queries within 24 hours in a friendly manner. Things they could improve, provide a live chat and showcase their products on the Youtube channel. I would love to sell embroidered hats they provide but before that, I want to see how hats look in a real environment and I think a youtube video would be the best way to see some real-life footage of products.

I used this app to help me create and design products to sell on my store. My experience has been excellent! This app has provided me with many product options and was easy to use.

I had some issues with the inventory but they since did their best to resolve them. And their mock ups are far superior to the other vendors.

I voted 5 stars for this app because the supporter called Lan Dinh is the best supporter i have ever met :P
Please upgrade your service for faster printing and removing the delay time for every products!

There is no better POD partner than CustomCat. I've tried them all since 2014 and all roads lead back to Custom Cat. Superior printing, superior production times, superior customer service. Avoid at your own peril .

Diverse products. Support always solves the problem that I have. A great app to sell print-on-demand products.

The order management item after updating is more convenient. I can review the address and shirt order, before no. Convenient for re-checking

My experience with custom cat has been amazing they have been very supportive helping achieve my goals. Out of the 3000+ items i have sold and the little issues i have had have been swiftly fixed the support are quick to respond and my customers are always leaving 5 star reviews about the products. special shout out to Sarah Mike and JT for their special support.

Worst app experience...so frustrating. When selecting a product to design, you can't click on the selected tab because it's all so squished together that the tab gets hidden by the product beside it. Everytime I try to log into the app, it doesn't recognize me and then sends me into a repetitive cycle of logging in, multiple times in one session, then does not allow for products to be selected for store instead sends me to checkout.

got 1 order, 7 days later no order, no communication telling me the item was out of stock, I had to open a ticket just to find out 6 days later but my customer had to get refunded.

Custom Cat has help scale my clothing brand exponentially. In the last 7 months, I've had around 350+ transactions using customcats services. They have a great selection of items and have a quick turnaround. One thing i wish they would intregret in their business is being able to have a custom label added to the tags. Also being able to print over the hoodies pocket. Other than that, I am very satisfied.

Cannot emphasize how incredible working with CustomCat has been! Their print on demand service is what enabled us to start our business without keeping inventory on hand. Everything is super intuitive, from the product uploader to the automated order process & fulfillment. Alex went out of his way to walk us through all the steps when we were setting up our products, and continues to go above and beyond to help us whenever we run into any issues. 5/5 stars, and absolutely recommend to anyone looking to start their own online store!

Initally, I was excited about this company. My mother used them for her store then I decided to you use them. However, the last couple of orders for both of us have been horrible. Once I requested a replacement, it was never sent. A shipping label was created and it was supposed to arrive in 2 days for a client that was having a birthday party for her 12 year old daughter. After a few days, customer service finally wrote me back saying that the shirts were probably lost in production. Yes, I am receiving a refund but now I have lost a client. I am very disappointed.

I've used this app for 5 months. The quality of the apparel is great to me so far. The sizing seems a bit off. Larges fit like mediums and 2xl fit really bigger than the actual size. I gave it 2 stars because communication is just horrible. As a business who wants ppl to utilize their app, you would think that customer satisfaction would be a priority. It took a month one time for a response, 3 weeks, and 2 weeks. Every single rating lower than 5 star, ppl are complaining about the same thing, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. When will this change custom cats?? I have a order inquiry still unanswered. I am missing 2 hats and a jeans shirt out of my recent order. My other recent order is missing 1 youth hat, like what the heck?? I am definitely searching for another app that can meet my needs. I LOVE PRINTFUL! Love that they have a online customer service where you can chat with a live rep, their app is dope, and they respond to emails right away! TAKE NOTES CUSTOM CATS!

The printing quality isn't great at all, I've had two of my customers complain that there was some sort of issue regarding the quality. It seems as if Customcat is simply cutting corners when it comes to their printing process. I truly love the variety of clothing and colors they offer, and I hope they improve soon. On top of this, I tried the free trial for the paid plan and I canceled it right before it ended yet they are still charging me full price. I hope Customcat and fix the issues it's been faced with, and I wish them the best, but I simply cannot recommend their services to anyone at this point.
