I had some problems because I got confused with the whole thing but the customer service people were there every time I had an issue. Even the "stupid" questions I asked they treated me so kindly. If you are looking for a print on demand company with people who are there - and always quick with a response - for you then Custom Cat is the one you want.

Initally, I was excited about this company. My mother used them for her store then I decided to you use them. However, the last couple of orders for both of us have been horrible. Once I requested a replacement, it was never sent. A shipping label was created and it was supposed to arrive in 2 days for a client that was having a birthday party for her 12 year old daughter. After a few days, customer service finally wrote me back saying that the shirts were probably lost in production. Yes, I am receiving a refund but now I have lost a client. I am very disappointed.

I have used it for 1 month and feel it is very bad, 10 days without tracking leads to many customers' refund. Order status don't update. So very bad.

Hello, please check your CC processed order dashboard for fulfilment status. Most of your orders have shipped in a 2-3 business days average. I do see 4 orders from late May that had stock replenishment delays from our suppliers but those are in production and your should see tracking soon

There are a lot of resourceful Shopify video tutorials when first getting started. Also, CustomCat has so many products available to market my brand effectively. CustomCat was an easy decision to make.

I mean, it works. I initially downloaded the app because it had amazing tie-dye, but the thumbnails never work. The workspace is rough, needs a lot of updating. It's not as user-friendly as it could be. AND it no longer lets me update from the Shopify page?? Once I make a shirt, it's just made. Not editing. I have to recreate the item each time. Even to simply change the price.

You can for sure make changes in shopify such as price edits, title changes, mock-up, etc. But you can't change the design placement after the product was created because its built into the sku number. Their fulfillment speed is also very fast! My customers are happy with Customcat's support staff, and the overall print quality.

Ok .. I'm not big on negative reviews but I really think these words might benefit someone starting out as I was a few months ago .. and I say this with some reserve because I made a lot of money with CustomCat products. Here's the deal .. Great products .. Shitty fulfillment. Thats its plain and simple. I had over 6 returns due to products that either never arrived or arrived way past the expected time which was 8 to 10 business days. Amazon actually revoked my privileges due to CustomCat's fulfillment issues and I'm still digging through crap in the hopes that I'll get my privledges reinstated. All in all .. and its tough to say this because like I said before they have good products .. but I would pass. They're just not reliable. Period.
