Requested and following up with Support team since more than 4 months, using emails and Live chat, and still issue not resolved, and we are paying for nothing. Pathetic support. Not recommended at all
Absolutely the worst app ever! Do not buy! It will hurt your business. It will not help your business. This app had bugs after bugs and the support team would constantly say they would fix stuff and never fixed it.
Great customer account page app. Customers can view all their details on their membership page from shipping details to order history. Very helpful especially with the app's feature that they can reorder or print the order details in just one click. The customer service is also very responsive and helpful for all our queries. Worst app ever. Zero support after finding major bug issue. When deleting app some parts of the code remained and trashed my account page function. An absolute mess!
