We reached out multiple times but unfortunately did not receive a reply. All billing details, including plan upgrades when usage limits are exceeded, are clearly outlined inside the app before subscribing to any plan to ensure full transparency.

Great app for customer accounts. It also supported our legacy customer accounts since we have still not migrated to Shopify new accounts due to to multipass issue in our mobile app. I asked for my invoice app and metafield integration which the app developer completed as per schedule given. Lot of customisation options available so customers can access all important information in their account. Subscription plan based on number of orders is somewhat challenging I hope they migrate to fixed pricing from variable pricing. Highly recommended for functionality and customer friendly features.
