Froonze team is always super helpful! We installed their app on all of our stores now and it always works perfectly. Whenever we need some help or advise from them, they always respond very thoughtfully, like they are part of our team. They really care about their clients. The pricing could not be better. It is very flexible as we don't need to overpay for things that we dont use. Overall, great value!

I use froonze since we started with shopify, nearing 2 years now. The Support is superb! Super friendly, super fast and the app is great! We used the Customer Account Widget and the Loyalty Programm but since switched to the new customer accounts. I just installed the Loyalty Programm Widget in the New Customer Accounts and it was so intuitive and easy.

Highly professional app with quick resolutions and support. We have not found any other app as reliable and aesthetically pleasing as Froonze. If anyone is looking for a loyalty and customer account page app, this is a MUST.

Onboarding with the Froonze team was amazing. They answered all questions before installation, even though we bombarded them with quite a few. Alexandru was especially patient, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. The value of the app is amazing as well - it delivers as expected and feels well worth it.

Froonze team always exceeds our expectations! We’ve sent them a few requests, and not only do they resolve them, but they also provide additional advice and even pinpoint issues in our shop that aren’t directly related to their app. They really care. There is also no back-and-forth between multiple tiers of support. All of their team members are capable of solving technical issues which makes their support very fast.
On the technical side, we haven't experienced any significant issues - just minor styling mismatches between our theme and their widgets, which they solved very fast.
The pricing is simply unmatched! We get so much different functionality in one app and each piece is priced very fairly. I hope you guys add even more functionality in the future - product reviews would be an amazing addition!

I started to look for a loyalty app. It was a mess to find the 10 best apps. Either it was horrible expensive or to complicated to administrate. The froonze app gave me a very good first impression at the beginning. Therefor I decided to install and test this app. I started with the wishlist function to implement it in my shop, because the running current wishlist app had technical problems which the app owner could not fix it. The support team from froonze was open to listen to my requests and added additional functions which came not out of the box. Also, the adjustments within my Expanse theme (not coding, only to setup the style). Such kind of extensions was not possible to do it with other app wishlist providers. Now, I was very happy with the profession of the developers and support team. This was the reason to continue now with the loyalty function. Via an online video call, I got the first explanation how the system works and how to implement it. Furthermore, they did all customizations which I would like to have in a profession way. Out of the box it is running very well, also. If other customers given 5 stars, I would like to give 7 stars for the rating. I am from Germany, and I can recommend everyone who is looking for a wishlist and loyalty program to test the froonze app and to test the support itself. They are very friendly and open to understand my requests. I will go forward with such 2 functions and I will give an update in half a year. Best regards Norbert

Great app! It’s very complete, including features such as a loyalty program, wishlist, customer hub, and custom form builder. The design is sleek and modern, perfectly matching my theme. Customer support is responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend this app.

Froonze Wishlist is hands-down one of the best Shopify wishlist solutions out there — clean UI, powerful features, and incredibly flexible for custom themes and high-ticket stores.
