I love this app. The app itself is self explanatory and is very easy to use. I had a few quick questions and Javi responded in such a short time. Javi also went above and beyond to to add a feature I was in need of, and only within a day's time. I'm extremely impressed!

We are trying to reduce the amount of time we spend on managing customer account information, and had been looking for a way to help our customers better access their own passwords, addresses and specific information about their accounts. The Froonze team have been so responsive to our initial questions, and very helpful in implementing refinements to how the app displays information that is particular to our customers. The app itself is a fantastic addition to our store, and will help our customers to better manage their account details, so that they don’t have to wait for us to do it on their behalf. We love that this app can easily show specialized pages to customers with a certain tag, and how it works with metafields. Thanks so much for all your help, Max!

I have a great fondness for this Loyalty Plugin, and I am truly impressed by the clarity and informativeness of the Loyalty section on the customer account storefront, despite its beta version status. The process of earning and redeeming loyalty points is incredibly user-friendly, providing customers with a seamless experience. Additionally, the plugin does an excellent job of keeping customers well-informed about their activities within the loyalty program.

Customer Account Concierge is a useful App. We encountered a rare problem whereby the Social Sign In/Up section was not showing due to a minor conflict with another App. Max was quick to identify the issue and resolve it for us. Looking forward to a better Customer purchase path experience from here on in.
