Its an excellent app that does what shopify should do... give customers a proper landing page and control center where they can manage their orders, addresses, etc. Excellent

I’ve used computers since mainframes in 1970. So to say I’ve experienced a few apps is an understatement. But I’d give this one 10-stars if it were allowed. Extremely well written -fast and not bloated. There’s a tiny learning curve to learn your way around the settings, but once that’s done it’s a piece of cake to modify, update, change settings, etc. And support? It just doesn’t get any better than this! If all apps were this well written and supported, our lives would be a LOT easier!

UPDATE: I just HAD to update my review when I gained experience with the “Custom Forms.” This functionality is a true game-changer. The ability to create custom registration, profile, and pages and custom fields within them to collect virtually any data you need is priceless. And the pricing overall is exceptionally fair - you pay only for those components you want at the levels you need.

This app is worth all the money! - The app is very multifunctional, has a very good store performance and the support (special thanks to Max) is great. The great thing about it is that you can offer the user a really user-friendly and, above all, clear customer account. Whether it's the loyalty program, wish list, address management or order overview - just to name a few features. Everything works perfectly. It's clear to me that individual tools are associated with a surcharge and the bottom line is that you save a lot because you no longer need other apps. ... and: the app is constantly being developed further! Great Support

i was search all day could not find login landing page, as my new theme does not look good and don't have feature.

this is the best app for new starter but some plugin are expensive because i want add three plugin so i have to pay price for each but as i am new in business i will wait for my business to boom.

This has been the most positive experience working with their support team. I have worked with many support teams in the past and its always a struggle. Froonze has a top notch team willing to help when ever needed.

We have moved from a very expensive rewards program to Froonze because of the cleanness and simpleness of the program. We now pay 1/4 of our cost before plus the the customer account page is super friendly for our customers to navigate. ( this is very important) not to mentions their wishlist and all the other sections they offer which will save you $$$ in app fees. Remember Loyalty Programs need to be easy for the customers to use and theirs really is. Seriously you must try them out. I promise you will not be disappointed and your customers will love it.

Fronzee app has been our number 1 app for our shopify plus store. To sum up:

Customer service: Super helpful and prompt.

Costumer login page: Now it looks super professional, even better than Amazon : ) Similar shopify apps are not good in terms of design and solutions.

Social login with google: This streamlines customer's login to our store. It is super good especially Google's native login prompt. More login better recommendation for customers.

Whislist: So far the best Wishlist app that has an amazing design, lots of reminders (e.g. stock and price alert with free email)

Translation: They work perfectly for our locale.

Custom forms: It is incredible feature where we collect customer profile and save them as a customer meta data to reuse.

So far I am really liking the app. It has a lot of potential to make the user experience excellent. The customization capacity is quite high, although it is true that it will be charged separately for each integration and you may end up adding many integrations and the price will go up.
The support team is super attentive and willing to help at all times. Looking forward to implementing new things.
