Super deceptive pricing. The pricing you see is just a "base" cost. When you log in to set it up, each additional piece cost extra per month. That was not clear when I looked at the initial pricing options.

Thank you for the review and sorry for the bad experience.

We mention in the pricing cards that plugin prices are not included. The space in the app store is very limited and we cannot make it clear enough.

Most customers like our pricing model - `pay for what you use`. We made it that way NOT to "deceive" our clients, but to help them. Not everyone needs all the features, so we made our pricing flexible so that it can satisfy everybody's needs.

You mentioned that you need to pay for "each additional piece". Each additional piece in the context of our app is not some tiny feature, but a big plugin comparable to standalone apps, such as Wishlist or Loyalty. So, putting them all in one base plan just does not make sense.

Our base plan includes a lot of useful features, such as the customer account widget, custom pages and links, reorder button, password management, improved order history, and more.

If you have any suggestion on how to improve this please let us know. We are more than happy to improve our app.

this's super fishy app, i can't even remove it from shopify APPs
it requires customers to login to make a purchase and that will make them leave your store

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. There must have been a misunderstanding regarding the use of the app. There are 2 claims in the review. Let me address them one by one.

---> Our app can be uninstalled like any other app in the Shopify merchant dashboard. Furthermore, thanks to Shopify theme app extension framework that we are using, the app doesn't leave any leftover code. So, once the app is uninstalled none of the assets are loaded anymore.

---> Our app does not require customers to login to make a purchase. We only require merchants to enable accounts because that's the main purpose of the app - improve customer account page. Enabling accounts does not mean customers HAVE TO create accounts. They can still make purchases without creating an account. There is another option in the Shopify settings to REQUIRE accounts, but we don't ask merchants to enable it.

Having said that, we understand we should have been more clear about this in the app. So, we apologize for that and hope you can give our app another try..
