STreamlined our operations and makes it much much easier to deal with tickets.

I’ve used computers since mainframes in 1970. So to say I’ve experienced a few apps is an understatement. But I’d give this one 10-stars if it were allowed. Extremely well written -fast and not bloated. There’s a tiny learning curve to learn your way around the settings, but once that’s done it’s a piece of cake to modify, update, change settings, etc. And support? It just doesn’t get any better than this! If all apps were this well written and supported, our lives would be a LOT easier!

UPDATE: I just HAD to update my review when I gained experience with the “Custom Forms.” This functionality is a true game-changer. The ability to create custom registration, profile, and pages and custom fields within them to collect virtually any data you need is priceless. And the pricing overall is exceptionally fair - you pay only for those components you want at the levels you need.

One of the best apps I've used in Shopify so far. Support acted on my feedback within 24 hours. Pricing is reasonable though I wished there were just a tad more free functionalities. Anyway, I certainly recommend it, just what my shop needed! :)

i was search all day could not find login landing page, as my new theme does not look good and don't have feature.

this is the best app for new starter but some plugin are expensive because i want add three plugin so i have to pay price for each but as i am new in business i will wait for my business to boom.

This is the best app for account until now for me. The support is always there in 10 minutes the problem was fixed twice. Not a problem actually but something i wanted to change. Also the design and layout is very beautiful. And even if you have the free version without paying anything I recommended this app for the user account management.

Definitely keeping after my free trial. I was having an issue sizing my add-to-wishlist button so I emailed support and Javi was an epic help. I got a response within hours and he had already gone in and added the code that did exactly what I wanted!

An excellent app, at first glance similar to others in its category, but when you take a closer look at the details, you see how much more powerful it is than others. I use this add on since a few weeks and I am very happy with it. The support is very useful and are happy to help. I already tested most of the other Customer Account add ons. But I am definitely staying with this one. It is by far the best and offers customization via the support.

The free plan for the first 1000 customers is a good idea for a startup website, they help us to use a fantastic app to grow.
no need to pay a monthly fee when you are still building your idea.
Also, they have good support, they help me to install the app and they fixed some issues I faced.

Javi and Max are the most helpful support people. I thought that I had a unique use case for Customer Accounts Concierge and didn't think I could use them. After downloading the app and testing things out, this app would be perfect if I could tweak a few things. I messaged support and not only did they respond quickly, they even found a solution to make my project more efficient/save me a lot of time. They taught me a lot about Meta fields and their use case. That completely blew me away on how customizable Customer Accounts Concierge can be. Javi and Max taught me a few lines of code/script and actually cared to. One of the best apps on the app store and I thank you all for being amazing.

Edit: Resolved an issue with displaying an error page when refreshing the page caused by a theme conflict within hours. Coming back to say that the app is amazing, their people are very dedicated, congratulations, it surprised me!

The customer system is amazing. Just be patient to set it up. Gradually, everything becomes consistent with your site.
The support is perfect, very fast and efficient.

I recommend Shopify to everyone.

it requires customers to login to make a purchase and that will make them leave your store

Awesome customer service. Getting started is super easy. I love how well-written the documentation is. The custom pages are nice - I was able to create metafields for my customers and have them display extra information about customers on pages I created in their account login. I also find this app to be special in how tiered-out its pricing is. You only pay for what you need. Highly recommend.

So far, not a single problem or bug with this app.
I emailed the customer service because of translation troubles, they were quick to respond, but we resolved the issue before they could answer. It was a simple mistake from our side.
Due to its overall clean design, ease of use, integrations and price, we have to give it a solid 5 Stars.
We recommende this App. Edit:
Our shop uses 4 languages, soon 5, and the App has no problem handling the translations.
We noticed that when logging in, the Dashboard took a bit to load and showed the standard client dashboard for (a fraction of) a second. Our template caused the 'issue'. Max resolved it in less than 10 minutes. 5* Service!
