The application is great and responds to a problem I had with my business (Stock that is often renewed), the customer service was quick to respond when I could not do something. Nothing to say perfect!
We started using Back in Stock alerts nearly a year ago and have been impressed with the results. Our customers no longer have to check back in to see when product is available for purchase. Sales for the items we receive into our system begin immediately with this app.
The team at Appikon are responsive to Help requests & feature/upgrade suggestions. No APP is ever 100% perfect for all Users but I feel thats the target for this group. Cheers

The app is great for client retention and when I needed help the customer service was INSTANT :) I was able to edit and see who has signed up for my notifications easily. I am looking forward to how it will help my business.
Highly recommend. We've gotten sales within minutes of items coming back in stock. Their support team is great too - very helpful and quick to respond.
This app is so useful. We regularly get orders when our stock comes back in, triggered by the email.

This app has done great things for us! We love it, many times we sell out before we can even post on social media because the notifications are on point!
