As always, awesome customer service with Appikon. They always take the time to answer all my questions, and do follow ups when needed. The app works great! They are also alway open to hear suggestions and to make improvements to their apps. With the free plan, it's a no brainer, I had to install it and my plan can grow with my business, which is perfect.

I am going to use this app to help me retain customers. The set-up was seamless, however I needed additional assistance to customize for my branding colors. The customer service response is EXCELLENT! Sourabh gets 10 stars!!! I did not feel rushed with my questions and Sourabh helped set up my customization without me needing to ask. Great support! My pop up doesn't work but they were very responsive and found a solution to my problem.

This app has the most functionality out of any of it's kind. The support is also freaky fast, with the added tech support for any integrations to fix the mistakes I made!

I reached out via Chat for a CSS request on how the form looks. Someone was available instantly and he fixed it right away, no wait at all! I was able to launch my shop right after that. Thanks.
