The support is off the chain. Helpful. Amazing. I would use this app off of the credibility of that alone. They helped me a TON!

I needed some tweaks to the app to fit my needs for the back in stock form. Abuzar was awesome! He sorted out the placement on mobile and on desktop super-fast. Support is really responsive 24/7 and really lovely to deal with. Thanks so much Appikon!

After 2 years we cancelled our subscription and went with a different app. Back-in-Stock Appikon stopped working, they weren't able to provide assistance to get notifications working again (we waited two weeks with little response and couldn't afford to wait any longer and keep losing revenue). We had a very difficult time getting responses from customer support, and when they did respond only offered acknowledgment instead of solutions. Furthermore when we disabled the app, it didn't disconnect from our site completely and they were unable to help get us disconnected. Contacted Shopify support multiple times in order to get Appikon involved. Ultimately really disappointed with this experience.

I loved the support received from Satendra. It felt like he really wanted to help. When I asked him to do a little bit extra, he was very obliging.

So far an outstanding experience - support are very responsive and get the work done promptly.

Their app glitches ALL THE TIME! Notifications do NOT go out automatically or when you manually push them. Their customer service is horrible! They don't help at all. They drag open tickets on and on for weeks with no solutions to the problems with their app. Do NOT recommend using this app at all. Unfortunately they now have a bank of restock notifications for our store that we will lose if we delete the app so they know they have us trapped and there is nothing we can do to save these notification. 0 STARS!

Awesome app and customer service! Abuzar got the customized integration installed for our particular Shopify theme within minutes since it wasn't available in the app's dropdown list by default. After doing some quick testing, we see that this functionality is going to be very helpful in tracking exactly which products customers have the most interest in. Having the ability for customers to receive back in stock notifications by email and/or SMS is the best feature. We will now be able to restock items more efficiently and avoid the purchase of excess inventory that will not move quickly.

je cherchais une application pour notifier les clients des retour en stock , il y en avait pleins, j'ai choisi celle ci car beaucoup de note et surtout extra positifs !
Une fois installé, j'avais un peu du mal pour mettre tout en place, en plus c'est en anglais, mais grâce aux messages directs , j'ai pu discuter avec Zia qui a pris la main et a tout mis en place en quelques secondes ! quel soulagement milles mercis pour la réactivité et le professionnalisme !

Je kan een betaalde versie nemen als je meerdere producten en klanten op de hoogte stelt voor producten die niet meer out of stock zijn.

Voor mij is dit een goed werkende app die bij mij wensen valt en raad het je aan om het ook uit te proberen.

Great app that does exactly what it advertise. Highly flexible in its settings, has email, SMS and Push options to contact/deliver the notification to the customer. And it has great support when you need some help or guidance, respond almost instantly. Highly recommended!

Great app! The UI is super clean and easy to work with. The app is really customizable which I appreciate, and it gives you a lot of different options on how you'd like to display the "Notify me" widget. I tried a few and really, they were all great. It's really about personal preference. The customer service is really incredible. They responded to a small question I had immediately and worked on my ticket on the spot. Highly recommend!
