I've had this app for quite some time - maybe 1.5 years? Any time there has been an issue after updating my theme, their customer service response is prompt, friendly, and always results in a fix. I honestly never write reviews for apps, but this one is worth it.

This app sells itself. The customer service is next level. We have installed and uninstalled several times and it was no problem to have our requests catered to. They even noticed when we changed to a new 2.0 theme and updated the button to fit the theme - very impressive! Highly recommend this app.

I signed up for the app. I was still on a free trial when I reached out to their support team for help. Within a few minutes I was connect to a real person, who fixed my problem with a customized solution and this was all BEFORE I HAD EVEN PAID. Seems like a wonderful caring team with a nice product. Excited to see how this helps my customers!

Great app. The free version is actually legitimate and you can use it to see how it works with limitations, but it's not useless out of the box. We've had it on one of our stores for a couple months, and we liked how it worked. Now we're going to be upgrading and making this tool a feature on our other brands' stores as well.

Back In Stock was easy to install and customize for our store. Our inventory fluctuates quickly and having a quick/reliable method for customers to sign up for back-in-stock alerts is critical for our business.
