I have thoroughly enjoyed this app. I've not had it long but the support group has been amazing. They were able to accommodate my request and didn’t stop until I was satisfied. Thank you all for your consistency and great communication skills!

Worked fine for a while, then stopped sending emails when items came back in stock. Support said they were "working on it" a few days ago, and nothing has been fixed and there were no follow-ups since. This is messing my store and production schedule up, so I had to delete the app and go to another. Very disappointed.

We really like the app. Very useful tool for managing out of stock inventory and alerting customers when items are restocked and ready to purchase. Would like to see a cleaner way to deal with out of stock / discontinued products. Would like to see them removed from the product offering and deleted (by variant) immediately from the "most wanted" report. Customer service was very helpful and quick to reply. THANK YOU!

This app is fantastic but more important the technical support is brilliant. They respond within 5 minutes (24 hours a day!!!) and any issues I've had have been fixed almost instantly. I'd give it 6 stars if I could - well done. I wish more apps in the store were as good as this one.

This has already made a big impact and the online customer services were excellent in adopting the theme and positioning the banners for me.

We use this app to allow our customers to sign up for product restock notifications, and it has been really great! It would be better if it had the option to disable notifications for individual listings.
