Amazing app and service to match! I was initially concerned if the app would work for us because most of our products have variants, but no issues there. We used to contact customers manually when items were back in stock, but no more! The automation is awesome and we have lots of customers sign up for notifications. This app has been huge for us and a MUST HAVE! Thank you for such a great app!!!

We encountered a problem with the app after installing our new theme. They were SUPER FAST to respond and quickly fixed the problem! Very happy with the service so far and glad that we didn't have to wait the usual "someone will get back to you in 24 hours" response.

Back in Stock does what it says it will do. The developers have been really responsive in getting the look of the button how we wanted it. We are still working out some of the details, but so far so good. Thanks!
7/20/20 - Just wanted to add another shoutout: Super helpful and responsive help desk. They have gone out of their way to make the app work for us. 8/16/22 - They continue to be very responsive when we have issues. We appreciate that. Thanks Abuzar for your help today! 4/3/23 - They do ask for a review at every interaction, but we have had quite a few, and they are always responsive and helpful.

This app is such an easy way to automate back in stock notifications. Easy sales as soon as you get items back in stock. Love it!
Support is very attentive and responds right away; they helped me troubleshoot when we couldn't determine if it was the app acting funny, or my theme.

This app has been super helpful for us! We've run out of stock a few times and have managed to recapture some of our interested sales through Back in Stock alerts. We also use it as a pre-register mechanism for upcoming launches and it works really well for that too!
