Customer service is phenomenal. Issue was handled within 2 minutes. I would definitely suggest using this app.

So far so good! Quick customer service and was able to help me right away! I thought they were out of office for the holiday but someone responded within minutes.

Great way to know what is still in demand. I needed assistance getting configured and Satendra quickly helped me and offered changes I didn't know to ask for.

Amazing when it works, awful when it doesn't. Reached out to support to ask them to fix my restock notifications not rolling out and only had one response from them over the course of a week. They didn't fix the issue for a week and barely communicated with me. Previous to this I wouldn't have faulted the app but the lack of customer support really disappointed me. I know things go wrong sometimes, but communication would have made all of the difference.

I wasn't able to install the Back In Stock button and contacted support. Sourabh did it all! and even after installing it, I wanted to change the location of the button and he went above and beyond to help me! Thank you so much!

so far so good. The customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend this app for someone looking to add this tool. They even have a decent free option that will truly allow you to test it out unlike like others.

I used to this app to send back-stock notifications to our customer. It meets not only our needs and also provides detailed settings. The support team is also very fast and works great.
