great customer support - replied and helped immediately. wanted to set preferred country of phone numbers for SMS/MMS and this was done for me and then they showed me how to do it next time. thanks Joe
From all the Back in Stock app tested, this one is by far the most complete by all the options offered. Support was very kind and fast to help for the installation. A big Thumbs up !

Over the top customer service! Not only Sourabh fixed the glitch we were experiencing but looked into an area where we never noticed and offered help! *He changed the default country code for SMS notifications from USA to Hong Kong. Your app is the best solution for people like us who doesn't have the time and knowledge to fix IT issues. Thank you so much!
This is a really useful app with exceptional support. We have a lot of sizes that are sold out and have been loosing sales due to stock outs and having to manually notify customers when things are back in stock but only if they contacted us in the first place. The free version of this is great to allow you to test everything and the design is fully integrated with our custom built shopify theme without having pay for any additional coding. Really pleased we have added this. It's easy to customise and set up too and is definitely closing sales that would otherwise be lost. Thanks!
This app is very straightforward and simple to use, customize, and stay on top of. No gotchas! Easy to export your contacts to combine with other lists as needed. Highly recommend!
Customer Support was great, we downloaded the app and had notifications integrated with our custom theme and set up within minutes!
I am adding more stars as after inital review I was contacted immediately and issue was solved in most professional matter by Rishabh. Now just waiting for the feature of removing the button after successfully sending email and I can put 5 stars.
I actually like the app, but I am having a problem with pop up not fitting to my screen and therefore cannot see the link to close the popup link under the button. I have contacted the support via chat but reply has been "works for us with same resolution and browser". That is awesome news for you, but what if one of my clients sees it the way I do. They will get VERY frustrated as they cannot close the pop up and see if their email was successfully sent. So 2 stars for support!
