Oh man! I messaged them on a Tuesday night around 9:00 pm and I still got help within 5 minutes from a real life person. They have a chat function and we communicated effortlessly. I had Hasti and she was awesome, patient, and helped answer all the questions I had. It's so user friendly and getting additional support was so easy.

We used this app to notify customers when out of stock products come back in stock and they even helped set everything up for me! Great support and perfect for what we need. Love that you can customize everything to match your brand style.
Within 5 minutes of downloading the app i had a customer service representative assisting me in matching the notification buttons to my theme and customizing my email notifications. Amazing service, and amazing product. Had entire app enabled, and working through my store within 10 minutes!
