Big fan of this app, we've had it for a while and I've watched as they continue to upgrade the dashboard + features. I love knowing this is working in the background to reach customers and help us convert on products our customers crave! Plus, every time I reach out, someone responds within a few minutes. Awesome service all around.

We had an issue with the app temporarily not working as expected. Contacted the team via chat and they were onto it straight away. They had their developer take a look and within a matter of minutes, the issue was resolved and we were back up and running! Fantastic communication, fast and exceptional service!

Just installed this app and love how easy it is to navigate through it and the customer support was quick to respond and have been really helpful. Love the appearance of the back in stock notification button too - simple and classic.

Love everything so far customer service's good takes a little while sometimes for response but overall it is good.

The best out-of-stock / notify me app on Shopify.
We looked at many.
These guys offer a lot for free.
And have features others don't,,, like Notify Me via FB Messenger. AND, they are compatible with MANY themes.
And work great with variants. (one in stock and another out of stock)
*we were trying another, but theirs would not work correctly with variants. I always feel good about an App Developer that has a support chat, that says "will respond in 5 min",,, and THEN THEY DO. :-) GREAT support.

I'm new to setting up my ecommerce store. I stumbled across Back in Stock on YouTube. Downloaded it. Looks pretty helpful to keeping up with inventory. Customer service was great.
