DO NOT USE THIS BACK IN STOCK APP. Use any of the other million back in stock apps out there.

This one misfires for us all the time, sending out "In Stock" notifications when none are actually in stock.

This sends hundreds of emails/sms out, just for people to see it's still out of stock. Which means I lose all those potential sales.

CHOOSE LITERALLY ANY OTHER APP.

Customer Service doesn't do anything at all - The app says emails were sent out, but absolutely nothing was delivered to my customers. Literally look elsewhere for back-in-stock notifications - if anything goes wrong, it won't get fixed.

We have ran out of stock on several different items and prior to us restocking them, myself and my team signed up from our website to be notified via email and text. Update 2: Customer support is now completely ignoring the messages and unwilling to look into what caused our issues. This has made me look for another app. It is pretty good while it works but when it doesn't, good luck.

Completely agree with the 1 star review below. The app was good until an issue occurred - it wasn't sending out the restock SMS notifications to our customers, which is causing a big loss in sales for us. This app worked well for a couple of years for us, but it stopped working right before we had a big product launch and cost us a lot of sales.
