I didn’t have to wait long for customer service/tech support and they help me solve my issue. I would recommend this app
EDIT: no more fast replying on the tchat unfortunately.. There's a bug with SMS notifications not being sent out and I can't reach them out..
Good customer service (very fast in answering questions on the tchat), nice app that works fine, I would recommend it.
App is great, but it would be nice to have an automatic email or SMS deploy to let customers know they successfully signed up. Other than that, pretty great!
I've found this app to be very helpful with inventory management in my small business to easily identify which products should be restocked.
Bug fix support - took some time to get help as this is a small team but when we did fixed VERY quickly for us.
We use this app to allow our customers to sign up for product restock notifications, and it has been really great! It would be better if it had the option to disable notifications for individual listings.
Easy to install and to use. The team is very helpful and quick whenever you have questions or there's any problem that needs to be fixed.
We use this app on our store to help us notify our customers on news and restocked items either by mail or text. We really like how it boosts our sales without having to market it on Social media och newsletters as much, especially on our coming soon items where our customers are able to sign up for upcoming news and get notified before everyone else. It would be nice if the customers also got a confirmation email when signing up like "Subscription confirmation for waiting list". In the product report we want to be able to export CSV files of only 1 product at a time as well. For example on a specific jacket to see total order amount of that jacket and total ordered sizes and notifications of that jacket because right now we are only able to export a total list of all products. Would be great if we also could export a specific collection for example all products tagged with FW21 (fall/winter21).
Needed the app for back-orders. worked well. no longer need it but would get it again if we back up again. Customer Service uninstalled the code for me.
Customer service is phenomenal. Issue was handled within 2 minutes. I would definitely suggest using this app.
