Extremely useful app for both our store and customers. The support team is amazing too - they respond amazingly fast and are available 24/7.

The application works perfectly and was exactly what I needed. The online support in tweaking a few settings to suit my custom theme was excellent and changes were made within the hour for all the functionality I required. The team followed up after a few days to make sure everything was working as promised. Highly recommended.

I needed some tweaks to the app to fit my needs for the back in stock form. Abuzar was awesome! He sorted out the placement on mobile and on desktop super-fast. Support is really responsive 24/7 and really lovely to deal with. Thanks so much Appikon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, NEVER ANSWER. AND IT'S NOW BROKEN. NO ONE helps or responds. we were given the runaround non stop. still am. we're really unhappy with, look elsewhere. Trust me. The reviews below are fake by the way. I would be asking for a refund if you app actually worked, which is doesnt. all positive reviews below have to be fake...

good so far, only on a trial.. but good to see who has signed up for notifications and for what products. Easy to change colors.

I did not want to lose potential customers due to sold-out stock and decided to try a few of these apps that can encourage customers to stay engaged with my company as they wait for their desired item. This App was by far the best. The "Notify Me" me alert blended in with the existing theme the best and was the easiest to use when I went into the app to see a status. I also needed help at around 330am ET and Sourabh on the team helped me out, having my store ready to collect emails for our launch the next morning. It didn't integrate fully in a few variants but he fixed it then double-checked every variant in my store, just in case. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Some weeks ago, we switched from the Klaviyo Back in stock default flow solution to Restock Alerts, mainly because of the function to distinguish between stock locations (something that wasn't possible in Klaviyo and caused a lot of wrong Back in stock notifications).
It took us a few days to set everything up and move our current Back in stock notification list from Klaviyo to Restock Alerts without losing any of the queued customers. During the setup process, the customer support always replied super quickly which was very helpful in that phase. The live chat is a true gem. So far, everything works quite well. We appreciate the feature of manually deleting products (e.g. old generations) or unsent notifications (if sent out manually via Klaviyo). That way, we can keep our list of queued customers clean. One thing that could be improved from our point of view is that the whole system is based more on Product IDs and Variant IDs than on SKUs. Since our company mostly works with SKUs, we would love to be able to display the item's SKU in the list of sent/unsent notifications, for example.
