The application itself is very useful. We have been using this service for several years with minimal issues. Robust service. However, the only way to contact support is through a chat function: No contact details available to engage via email. This can be frustrating.

Very good installation support due to my theme not being fully supported. I logged a ticket on Saturday not expecting a reply until Monday, and Satendra picked it up and resolved my issues promptly. Great service and the product looks like it does exactly what I need!

I've also since install logged a support ticket to fix a compatibility issue with my theme, and this was also picked up and fixed within the hour.

This app does exactly what it says it does without a lot of extra frills and confusion. The chat support is very helpful when we need customizations and assistance.

I've been really pleased with this app as it has functionality that is needed for our fulfillment. Integrates well with our other platforms and they are quick to make adjustments when needed.

I really like the app and the insight that it offers. We know which of our sold our products are the most sought after and we can make inventory decisions based on that. The support team is also responsive and helpful.

Customer Service doesn't do anything at all - The app says emails were sent out, but absolutely nothing was delivered to my customers. Literally look elsewhere for back-in-stock notifications - if anything goes wrong, it won't get fixed.

I just installed it and am still testing it. Zia at tech support was very quick and solved the minor issues with customization.
I wish this app had an easier way to pick and choose which product pages the back-in-stock button works with. In my case, I just need it to work with just a couple of pages, NOT all of the items that have 0 stock.

This app helps us to not lose customers when products sell out. Customer service is prompt in helping with any questions we have, including helping with a custom theme.

We reviewed several, however, they were very difficult to set up. This app by far is the best in the market. We were so pleased that we added their pre-order app which is also amazing.
