I installed this app about two weeks ago. It really worked out great! I have contacted customer service twice and they are eagerly waiting to help with questions and problems and solutions. Abuzar was awesome in fixing my issue! I have actually had several people to purchase because of the back in stock alert so that's a benefit for a small business. My only wish would be for them to have a not restocking button so that you don't have to delete your product in order not to continue to get the back in stock request. Great app!
THIS APP IS UNREAL IF YOU RUN A REAL BRAND THAT HAS HIGH DEMAND. Our brand constantly gets flooded with orders and runs out of stock and this app CHANGES THE GAME. First week of use using it, it got $2800 in rev. PLUS they don't take any % of your sales which is unreal. Thank you so much. I will be recommending this to all of my ecommerce friends. My favorite app out.

Really useful app to send customer back in stock notification automatically. Save us huge efforts to do it with email flows, very good ROI.

UPDATE: 2 stars because their SMS notifications have NOT gone out for months when in the backend it says they did. They've "fixed it" numerous times but it never works.
This app is super easy to use, pretty to look at and has generated a ton of revenue for our brand. I love that customers can choose email or SMS to be notified, plus you can opt in people to your mailing list as well, which is another great way to build your email lists for re-targeting.
