The application itself is very useful. We have been using this service for several years with minimal issues. Robust service. However, the only way to contact support is through a chat function: No contact details available to engage via email. This can be frustrating.
This app does exactly what it says it does without a lot of extra frills and confusion. The chat support is very helpful when we need customizations and assistance.
Yeah works fine but a bit too expensive for what it does.
Very good installation support due to my theme not being fully supported. I logged a ticket on Saturday not expecting a reply until Monday, and Satendra picked it up and resolved my issues promptly. Great service and the product looks like it does exactly what I need!
I've also since install logged a support ticket to fix a compatibility issue with my theme, and this was also picked up and fixed within the hour.
This app was great from 2021-now (mid 2024). We just noticed the Back in Stock app stopped working on our site. It was difficult to get in touch with them, the Appikon dev team was not being responsive and told us that there was no easy fix. Disappointed to say the least.
Great app, the team are always so helpful at making any changes to make the app perfect for my store.
