Love the back in stock features, the interface is clear and easy to use. Support when needed has been quick and efficient. It is also useful for email/SMS collection and "opt in" for other store marketing. It does need the ability to change the "opt in" status within the app, the only option at present is to delete the record. Still a recommended app!

This app made a huge difference in managing being out of stock and notifying thousands of waiting customers via email and/or text message. There are several options for notification from which to choose (who to notify, whether in batches or not, and the interval options for sending the waves of messages -- or choose to send all at once. It also has an easy-to-customize template (and we added html for more options). The customer support is extremely responsive and actually hopped on two video calls with me to figure out options that best suited our needs. Two thumbs up! (And the hype of using "Notify When Available" when stock hits our website WAY surpassed any pre-order business we've had in the past. Will continue to manage notifications this way from now on!

This app, bar-none is the best for back in stock alerts. The functionality is more advance than most, all while having a clean UI. I've worked with MANY apps available for Shopify and simply put, the support for this app is the most prompt and thorough of them all. Even better, they have worked on implementing features for us as well as fixing any bugs within short order.
