Completely agree with the 1 star review below. The app was good until an issue occurred - it wasn't sending out the restock SMS notifications to our customers, which is causing a big loss in sales for us. We've tried to reach out to support twice, 1 guy literally just stopped replying, so we reached out to another guy but he also doesn't seem helpful. Until now we're still unable to send the SMS notifications, and it seems no one is going to fix this issue.
The App worked wonderfully for a few months and then would send Back in Stock notifications for items that were out of stock/ have not been updated at random. I brought this to the customer service team and was unable to get a resolution. I sent examples of my stock history reports and compared them the the notification history dates, proving the item's inventory had not been updated. I was told this was impossible and proceeded to tell me it was my fault. I was very willing to work with the team and was given no response after 2 follow ups.
EDIT: 2022: App stopped sending emails. No response from developers. Changing to another app.

This app is awesome and the support is even better! Installed the app and it worked instantly. I reached out to the support asking how I customise the appearance and they did it all of me in under 5 mins. Incredible!
Customer Service doesn't do anything at all - The app says emails were sent out, but absolutely nothing was delivered to my customers. Literally look elsewhere for back-in-stock notifications - if anything goes wrong, it won't get fixed.
Customer support is terrible. Billing statements don't make any sense. The app charges monthly fees + useage fees - the usage fees are associated with the SMS messaging. Fees fluctuate every month and you can even cost double the amount of the monthly fee. App will not stop charging for SMS messages. Seem more like a scam than an app.
Not the most user-friendly app. For each person that opts out, you have to manually remove their phone number. When I asked customer service for help, like can I make removal automatic I got completely absurd responses that didn't have anything to do with what I was saying.

App started sending out back in stock alerts randomly, and whenever I would edit a product range, all items even ones not available would trigger. I brought this up with support and at first the agent (Zia) had the nerve to say that I had done something wrong, then when I corrected him I didnt get a reponse for 4 days. When I followed up again and was put back through to Zia from another agent I was told it was in the dev pipeline (like I was somehow just supposed to know this) when I asked for at eta he went radio silent again. I am not going to pay 30usd a month for this glitchy app and terrible customer service. peace.
Avoid this app if you are running a serious business!
Their service completely disappeared from our app dashboard before our major product launch, since we were relying on this service- we had to delay product launch until they fixed it.
Reluctantly, we gave this service another chance after they offered us a discounted price. Today, their system sent out false notifications to our customers because the inventory count on some of our items went from 0 to -1 (NEGATIVE ONE)
We now have to spend HOURS telling our customers that the notification they just received was a false alarm. No way to put those customers back on a notify list, to make things worse, we are sure our customers lost faith in the notify feature all together at this point! Using this app was a devastating hit to our new business.
The domain verification does not work. I've confirmed with Shopify that everything has been set up properly (they confirmed) and the app developer keeps telling me that I did it wrong (or something along those lines). Basically 1 day to get a response from them, and the response is usually pointless and reiterating the situation.
I tried this app for 30 days. I did not get one sale from any back in stock emails that were sent. I repeatedly found inconsistencies in the dashboard and the reports of emails sent. When I tested it myself, sometimes I would get the back in stock email, sometimes not. Every time I brought these issues to the support staff, their standard answer was "our app is doing what it's supposed to do". That being said, I got $0 sales using this app. I will try another back in stock app.
