HUGE shout out to the Back In Stock team for building this game changing app for emerging companies like ours, which sometimes has to face the challenge of out of stock inventory (major bummer). Rather than lose out on the ability to engage with customers when we get inventory back in stock, this app successfully allows us to notify customers the minute we get inventory back in stock which has resulted in a tremendous amount of additional sales for our business. A special thank you to Satender for your help getting our store products set up so quickly and being lightning fast responsive. If you have a need for an out of stock app with notification abilities, get this app folks, you won't regret it!!

This app is great! Customer support is very quick to respond too. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because my website has a font that was not listed as on option to customize the widget. Even after the help from support we were unable to change it.

Honestly the best customer service I have experienced on Shopify Apps. You can chat to a team member in real time, and they're able to instantly apply any requests that you might have. In terms of the app's service, its fully customisable from the 'join waitlist' button all the way through to the email notification for stock arrival. Awesome. Love it.

very nice application & user friendly

I wanted an app that would allow my customers to sign up for a notification when a product is out of stock but I also wanted to be able to inform them of when a product is back in stock and this app does just that. I initially deleted this app because it didn't sync with my theme. I received an email from Abuzar a member of the support team and he said that he would help me to get this done. I re-downloaded the app and he quickly added the app to my theme and customized it to match my theme buttons. The notification button and form is excellent, it gives customers an option for email or text messaging. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable support, and very helpful! I'm excited for my customers to start using the notifications for my out-of-stock products!

Very helpful! They set up my integration for me and helped me customize it. They also got in contact with the developer of my website's theme so they can solve a problem for me.
