A very easy app to set up and install. I had a couple of questions and the chat support was responsive and helpful.

We have been using a (separate) pre-order app for capturing out of stock orders, but it has limitations. This Back in Stock app filled in those areas, as not everyone wants to be locked into a pre-order purchase. It was very easy to setup and integrated seamless with our store. We had one occurance recently where a customer got a restock notification, but the variant was not back in stock yet. We contacted customer support, whom responded within 5 minutes with enthusiasm to assist us. They were very gracious in handling our issue and resolving it quickly as possible. Very pleased with the app and their support.

The App is easy to set up (if help is needed, the team respondes super quick and super friendly), works as intended and is extremly intuitive to use. Thanks alot for Appikon Software!

Wow this app was exactly what I needed for my business. Every time when our products go out of stock our customers email us and ask us to notify them once the products are back in stock. It was getting difficult to track who needs notifications for which products since we have more than 20 items. I'm glad that we don't have to worry about emailing our customers since this app will do it for us! Highly recommend it!
