Fantastic service from the Appikon team. Customisations were requested to the look of the Back In Stock inline form. These were completed very quickly, with great communication and no fuss to achieve the look we were after. The App itself was easy to install and configure. Highly recommended.
The App worked wonderfully for a few months and then would send Back in Stock notifications for items that were out of stock/ have not been updated at random. I brought this to the customer service team and was unable to get a resolution. I sent examples of my stock history reports and compared them the the notification history dates, proving the item's inventory had not been updated. I was told this was impossible and proceeded to tell me it was my fault. I was very willing to work with the team and was given no response after 2 follow ups.
The app does exactly as advertised, and the support is very helpful when needed.

Great app. Easy to use and install. The setup was seamless with no need to alter coding and minimal settings. Works exactly as intended. Support was also very responsive to an issue we had.

So far this app preforms very well, and the support has been great. We are now receiving orders driven by the stock alerts. A big thumbs up for saving us time and work to get these sales in the door.
The app has some limitations. If the product is in stock at any location, even a non-shipping one, the email collection button will not appear. Great customer service though.
Terrible app. Glitches and spamming customers on a mass scale. Customer service terrible when something goes wrong. Same issue twice with hundreds of spam notifications going out to people. Customers receiving 20 notifications for the same product at the same time even after they had bought it. The first time this happened it wiped out my notification allowance which I had to push to be reset. I was then told they had solved the issue only for the same thing to happen 2 weeks later. Has lost me customers who feel the brand is constantly spamming them. Nothing has been done to resolve the issue, and the customer team are terrible saying the issue didn't exist when I can see in the app sent items that they have sent out multiply notifications to customers at the same time for the same product. One customer received nearly 100 email notifications! I have now deleted the app and am looking for another provider as I can't deal with the level of customer complaints I am receiving from customers who asked to be notified, which is ruining my own brand standing with customers. Avoid this app.
I am using this app for my store and it works great. App team provides Quick support with quick solutions. Great app!
