We've been using this app since 2019, it just ticks away in the background and whenever we get new stock in will alert customers and give us some nice sales bumps with no hassle. Very easy to use, and support are vey helpful.

I've been using Back in Stock for the past few months and it's been a great experience. My store often has items that sell out and restock, so it's a great and convenient way to keep my customers updated automatically! As soon as I replenish my inventory count my customers receive a notification - which ticks one duty off my list. The notifications are also customizable, so you can customize your email template and back in stock button on your product page to suit your website colours/style, which I really appreciate. Lastly, the support function within the app is extremely fast and the guys are always available to answer my questions thoroughly. Would definitely recommend!
This app fits the bill for our business. It is easy to install and customize, easy for customers to use, and I *really* appreciate that I can export the list of restock alert requests. I wish we could sort the request list by supplier in-app to help with our ordering, but because we can export it we can accomplish the same thing almost as easily.
I have installed this app and the customer support was brilliant . It seems to be performing well and I am hoping to upgrade in a couple of weeks.
I downloaded this app to help with my online store notifications of out of stock items. I asked the chat and a man name Abuzar helped within 1 min and literally walked me through everything and was so helpful. He helped change things I couldn't figure out. I strongly recommend this app and their customer service team.
Seamless integration/install. It is an easy way to have customers be notified when you have updated your stock. Whenever,I have any questions or concerns the chat option is very helpful and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this app if you have a small business and do not want to miss out on conversions.

Abuzar helped me het the "notify me when back" copy on the webite because it was missing for some reason. I am happy with the service and app. Highly recommend.
