Using "Back in Stock" app has created a frenzy of orders when we drop inventory (vs. having a pre-order on the site while we are out). Their support is extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend! We'll never go back to using pre-orders ... sold out of a whole container of inventory in 72 hours on our US site.

I have used this app for a store, on which it works great, when I added it to a different store, I couldn't see the product SKU in the dashboard I contacted them and upon requesting this as a new feature it got done in no time.
I am already using this for 3 stores now.

A good app that does exactly what is is intended for, great customer service that's always available!

We use this app for our popular sold out items and since using the app we have noticed an increase in sales once we restock an item. We are also able to monitor items and see which item has a large demand for notify me emails and then know to adjust the inventory. We have also found the customer service to be very helpful and speedy in their replies.

This app is very helpful and the support is great. Always working on new features and help you out if you have any questions. Definitely recommend it.

I am just starting to use this app. I had some questions and the customer service was fast and helpful with answering my questions. We had multiple people already sign up to be notified, and will update the review when the products go active. Update: The app has been very helpful and brought in sales. Our customers are able to know asap when a sought after product is back in stock or available to pre-order. We recently moved themes, and the customer service was very helpful in the update.

This is an excellent app. I got it integrated on 4 stores in about an hour with all preferences and settings updated to get the right look. Their support is the fastest I have come across, it is almost instant. They are always there to make changes and updates if you need and were really helpful getting everything just right. The app functions really well. I like the way it looks and works, it gives a pro edge to my sites and I think helps convert more customers to signing up to out of stocks. It has nice reporting and analytics. Recommend to anyone wanting a back in stock feature that takes it to the next level.
