I have yet to see better customer service for an app! I needed help setting up and had a million annoying Qs - that too on a Sunday morning! - and they immediately set me up with everything - going out of their way to accomodate my requests - all of this on the free plan! I'm encouraged to upgrade to the paid plan.
This is a great app to use for small businesses. I would definitely recommend this to online eCommerce stores.

I used this app to notify customers when a back in stock item has been added back to inventory. I love it because it's user friendly and increases my conversions that otherwise could have been missed! The customer service is awesome!!!
Excellent app, had some incompatibility with my theme and support stepped up and made it integrate with my theme seamlessly. Helps our customers stay in the loop and come back when we restock items.
