This app has been really valuable to capture emails and interest in our out of stock products. We haven't used all the features but so far it's great and the support has been excellent.
This app was soo EASY to set up and the team was so helpful! They're available 24/7 as well which is a huge bonus when running an online business.
I installed the app - on a Sunday afternoon - and I needed some help configure the location of the button. I contacted support via the chat window and they responded immediately. The fixed the problem within minutes. This is outstanding support and deserves full-throated applause. Great job.
Just started using this app and straight away loved it! The out of notification box seamlessly fit into my theme style and looks fantastic! The team is also amazing, i had two different notify me buttons showing (but i didn't realise) so they messaged me and removed the other one for me! Perfect service! Couldn't fault it. 100% recommend
This is an excellent app which provides an easy to use Back In Stock notification service. The customer support is fantastic and they go above and beyond to fix issues & listen to feedback. Worth the price and highly recommended!
The online chat help team were very useful and helped me with my issue straight away. Good for someone with limited knowledge.
We added Back-in-stock to our store a couple of months ago and it was working really well until a bug appeared which affected the activation of the 'notify me' button which appears on top of the 'buy now' button when an item is out of stock. Luckily when this started to happen we had a fresh restock of inventory so we could live without it for a period of time, but just in the last couple of days 09/04/2020, our stock levels have started to get low and we needed it back asap. Getting in touch with the customer service was really easy and they responded to my messages very quickly. The only criticism I would make of the experience was the turnaround time for the bug fix. I am not sure of the complexity of the work but it took the guts of 2 weeks to sort, which would have been a disaster if our best sellers ran out of stock during that period. Good news is the problem has been solved just in time. Kruttika, in particular, was great and persisted with the investigation and eventually got things working as normal. One thing I really like about the app is how it mimics the appearance of your theme and matches, font size, colour, button shape etc. A lot of apps don't and look like a wart on the theme. We have a modern Shopify theme called Streamline and it looks like its part of the original design. Finally, I wish that some of the features from the premium were accessible in the cheaper packages because we can't justify $50 dollars a month to edit the email template or for the FB pixel. Overall, really happy the app and I would recommend if you're looking for back-in-stock customer notification app and worth the $14.99 a month.
Excellent customer service. Very helpful and love that you don’t have to code to use the product. Great looking emails. Love the customization. Currently on the free plan but plan on upgrading!
Am still working through the setup of this app, but my experience so far has been 5 star. I have been chatting with Abuzar who has been excellent in helping me get up and running.
This app has been amazing for our company! We are able to have people sign up for an item that we are in the process of making, or an item that is out of stock. Once the item arrives, we generate a lot of sales from this app! Customer service is excellent; they are very quick to get back to you and help with any issues or questions. Would highly recommend this app.
