I am going to give it a five on the customer service I have not used the app as of yet. I just downloaded but needed a representative to help me get it started. He was kind, good patience, and helpful.

I downloaded this app to help with my online store notifications of out of stock items. I asked the chat and a man name Abuzar helped within 1 min and literally walked me through everything and was so helpful. He helped change things I couldn't figure out. I strongly recommend this app and their customer service team.

Wow this was by far a 10/10 experience getting set up. I needed something quick for our shop after another app messed us all up and I'm glad there was a silver lining in that because this app is so easy to use, and most importantly the support Sourabh was exceptional. He helped point me to all the things I needed to do, saving me hours of going around different help articles, etc. Looking forward to what this app can do for our store.
