Great customer service - they immediately helped with plugging in the "notify me when back" button under 5 mins of downloading the application.

I haven't had a chance to use the APP yet (website isn't LIVE yet) but so far the customer service is super helpful and fast! They were able to get the app working on my website within minutes :)

Simple to use app, very straight forward and organized options and settings! Support was also very quick and responsive to helping me fix the issue of installing it in to my theme.

The domain verification does not work. I've confirmed with Shopify that everything has been set up properly (they confirmed) and the app developer keeps telling me that I did it wrong (or something along those lines). Basically 1 day to get a response from them, and the response is usually pointless and reiterating the situation.
We have tried out multiple back-in-stock applications and this one is the best one. Customer support has been really great too! They answer your questions in under 3 minutes which has been awesome!

As always, awesome customer service with Appikon. They always take the time to answer all my questions, and do follow ups when needed. The app works great! They are also alway open to hear suggestions and to make improvements to their apps. With the free plan, it's a no brainer, I had to install it and my plan can grow with my business, which is perfect.
