After trying many apps I've finally found this one. Excellent app and a very helpful support team! I'd highly recommend to install it.
Easy install, excellent support from the team, quick and easy to deal with. Provides excellent automation, we switched to this app from another and found it's already exceeding our expectations.
So far so good. Just installed the app minutes ago. It's able to do what I need it to -- give people a way to signup for restocking alerts. Had a few minutes worth of chat time with support. Very helpful. Answered questions succinctly. Was hoping the app could also direct people to message us directly thru FB Messenger but that's not available yet. That's the only reason I didn't rate it a 5. But let's see! Hopefully the next few days proves good.
This app helped me notify customers when different variants and products were back in stock. This has saved me countless hours of talking to customers myself or needing to manage lists of people to get back to. Seamless integration of this app, and their support team is top notch!
Easy setup, very intuitive. Everything is clear on the backend, with enough customizatiosn.
Fast and helpful support
Really nice app and very intuitive, great for a product out of stock reminders using push, email or SMS notifications! The admin dashboard is using Polaris so it's exactly the same as Shopify UI..
Amazing app and super customer service. I spoke with Sourabh who was really helpful and super knowledgeable - happy to go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for an easy app to help with back in stock notifications!

Customer support was very fast and helpful in the setup and support of the app and answered all the questions I had. Very welcoming to be talking to a live person instead of a bot these days haha.
Works great, customer service was super efficient and helpful! Shikha was the support rep that helped me. I just signed up for the Starter Edition to get access to the feature to have notify on pre-order products.
