I reached out about changing the appearance of my button and received a response in less than 5 minutes! These guys are prompt and super helpful. I've only had the app for a little while, but I anticipate that it will work smoothly. I am definitely planning on upgrading to their Annual Plan once/if I pass 20 notifications. Really good, and integrates well with the Envy theme that we use. The support team were on all the ball and willing to help with set up.
