I just downloaded the app and it's working great so far. I feel like it will definitely help bring customers back.

Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond. The problem ended up being with my template, but they went above and beyond to try and fix the issue.

App was easy to integrate and customize. When I needed additional assistance the chat feature was a true lifeline. Replies were instant and resolution was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to capture and send restock notifications.

I had previously used a different version of the back in stock app, which was more expensive and had less features. I installed this application and it allowed me to notify more customers in many more ways than the previous alternative. I would definitely recommend. Simple to setup and good support team too. Great app!! I needed a way to quickly and efficiently alert my customers when items were back in stock and this app does the trick!! One of my favorite features is the "Text" option, so I encourage my customers to sign up for that so that they can get an almost immediate notification! This app has definitely increased sales! And the customer service quick response chat is a huge plus as well!!
