I had an issue with upgrading my subscription but the team there helped me right away and I'm back up and running. Great app.

A little confusing at first but great customer service and my question was quickly answered and they fixed my problem in minutes.

This app is really useful for my prelaunch products to gather information on what products and variants customers are interested in. Their customer support is fantastic! The only complaint is that a lot of features and customization are not available until you get the enterprise/premium plan.

Some weeks ago, we switched from the Klaviyo Back in stock default flow solution to Restock Alerts, mainly because of the function to distinguish between stock locations (something that wasn't possible in Klaviyo and caused a lot of wrong Back in stock notifications).
It took us a few days to set everything up and move our current Back in stock notification list from Klaviyo to Restock Alerts ...

Very easy to navigate and customer service is very prompt. Having some issues receiving SMS notifications but other than that, so far so good.

The app is great and their assistance is instant which is critical for new users like me. Highly recommended!

App works well, fairly priced, good customer service. I don't find it to be the most aesthetically beautiful app (from a customer's perspective) but considering the cost it's very worth it. We've already made a few sales since installing it, and it reduces a large amount of admin work for us

This app works as intended. Great service from them helping us setting up the app. We are now able to capture emails from those interested in out of stock products.

a good app. very helpful. I am however having some issues seeing the pop up on my phone but maybe its just my phone. going to keep playing with it.

I like the app it makes it helps us with managing our products that are going out of stock and coming back in stock.
