So far the app has worked really well. Many conversions from reminder emails.
No complaints at this stage. Just getting a customer back to our Shop has given us many extra sales.

Support team are great and quick to assist with any issues. We came across a small issue with notifications not sending on time as expected and the team were quick to resolve the issue for us. Great level of service and problem resolved swiftly. Other points, the app is simple to use and is already proving to be a great tool for any size of store.

First of all, the Tech Support Team is incredible. I had the pleasure to speak with one of the techs named Shikha, and what a delight it was. She helped me setup the out of stock/ notify me system on my store. She was fast, knowledgeable, very kind and professional. Any questions I had about the app, she was very helpful and clear with her answers. 10/10 on their support team. The product itself is incredible. The integration is flawless and when products in your store hit zero, it automatically adds the out of stock banners, as well as the notify me when back in stock feature. The dashboard layout and customization is so clean. This app is incredible. 10/10.
